Inside the Native Kitchen

Native Kitchen has a truly tantalizing menu. Their website says, “our dishes are pulled together with local and often organic ingredients, and served in a casual and refreshing atmosphere where you’ll feel at ease and part of the family.” They deliver on this vision! I’ve done that thing where I have become so enamored with a specific dish there (the Work’n’Class bowl) that I have stuck with it, but I’ve committed myself to trying lots of other dishes as I read through their menu over my Work’n’Class bowl this week. Here’s what she looked like:

This is with sausage from Country Hill Farm in Mason, NH, but typically it comes with scrapple in place of the sausage. Those are garlic greens in with the sunny egg and potatoes. The hint of maple pushed this over the edge into out-of-this-world delicious.

Native Kitchen is also conveniently located on the Rye traffic circle, so as you’re taking advantage of the warm spring days at the coastline, stop in!
