I’ve long been a huge fan of Profile Coffee Bar for its atmosphere, music selection and their delicious soy lattes (seriously cannot get enough of them — I am always a little disappointed in the say lattes from almost anywhere else). But it was only recently that I tried their new salads. The prices in Profile are a little higher than other places, but I’m always okay with that since I stay often for hours and use their wifi (which they happily provide) to work. So I thought upon ordering that it was a bit costly for a salad. Until I got it.
Yummers. Note the balsamic vinaigrette and pesto sides. those really added the kick to make this a standout salad. I know that I’m a notorious slow eater, but I was chowing down on this enthusiastically and it still took me awhile to finish. It’s a hefty salad! I highly recommend it!
