Oh, Nahcotta, how I love thee! I stopped in to this, my most beloved Portsmouth art gallery, over the weekend after having searched at all the downtown stores I could think of for a warm winter hat so I could survive my walk home. As luck would have it, they were having a Papa Wolf Supply Co. pop-up shop, so I was able to snag a sweet Topo hat (which was super warm) and also these nifty Field Notes that my colleague Doug had recently asked them about on Twitter.

I may also have snagged a sweet new pen, since this is another area in which Nahcotta never disappoints. While I was at it, I perused the rest of the shop, ogling the table pictured at the top of this post with locally-made leather goods, and was reminded anew why they always make every good list of where to shop in Portsmouth for holiday gifts. They have so. Many. Great. Things.
