**Franzen Comes Alive aka MissLiberty**
If you’re an avid reader, chances are you already know our region’s premier book afficianado and nationally-renowned book person Liberty Hardy. You can listen to her podcast, ALL THE BOOKS, recorded with cross-country book BFF Rebecca. You can follow her on Twitter at @missliberty and on Instagram at @franzencomesalive. But you should also know that her website, franzencomesalive.com has a wealth of book resources, including an Index of books she’s notably discussed. Go forth and real all the things!
**Gather**
Follow them at @gather.nh on Instagram. Recently they posted an answer to a frequently-asked Q: what do they do with fresh/perishable food they receive? “People often ask how we prevent waste of fresh rescue food (fresh produce) that typically comes from places like Trader Joe’s or Hannaford. Answer: We collaborate with CrossRoads to use their licensed kitchen to re-purpose food before it goes bad. The meals prepared are served mainly to seniors in our Meals for Seniors program and also are sometimes shopped by people visiting our Pantry market.”
**The Moth: Live from Portsmouth**
Obviously The Moth is a national radio show, but the most recent episode was taped live at The Music Hall right here in Portsmouth. There’s a funny intro bit about local commute time conversation when you’re in Portsmouth.
