Local Dover residents Jennifer and Derek Wallace have launched a Kickstarter campaign yesterday for their passion project, Kalamata’s Kitchen. Through storytelling and experiences, Kalamata’s Kitchen promotes awareness and appreciation of other cultures through exploration of food. It’s going to change the way kids and grown-ups eat, dine out, and bond over preparing a meal.

At the time of printing, the Kalamata crew had already reached over $33,000 of their $30,000 goal! Wow!
