Vaughan Mall was beautified this past weekend by a group of dedicated volunteers, implementing this ongoing visual project that makes Vaughan Mall a more enjoyable space to be in downtown Portsmouth. Even the smallest of citizens pitched in to help! Heck, someone even donated some hostas.
This project will be up and in use all summer — make sure you check it out!
